SA Cables Auto Parts has partnered with Courier Guy to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Shipping Costs

Free Delivery: On orders over R1500.00.
Dispatch Times

Orders received Monday to Thursday before 2pm will be dispatched the same day.
Orders received after 12pm on Friday or on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday morning.
Delivery Times

Major Cities: Expected delivery within 24 hours after dispatch.
100km from Major Cities: Delivery within 48 hours.
Outlying Areas: Delivery within 72 hours.
Delivery Exclusions

We do not deliver to Mines, Plots, Farms, Game Reserves, National Parks, Universities, or Power Stations. These locations require special trips and may incur additional charges.
Deliveries are excluded on Weekends and Public Holidays unless arranged at an additional cost.
Pickup Option: To save on costs, you can pick up from the nearest POSTNET or Courier Guy counters.
Returns Policy
To process a return, please fill out the Customer Returns Form below. Ensure you read our policy carefully.

1. No Longer Need the Part/Item
A full refund will be provided if the item is unused, unfitted, and in its original packaging.
The buyer is liable for return shipping costs.
Goods must be returned within 7 days. We reserve the right to refuse returns after this period.
Items must be securely packaged with bubble wrap or similar protective materials. Damaged returns will not be credited, and the buyer will be responsible for collecting the item at their own cost.
If the buyer purchased the incorrect part, they will cover the return shipping costs. If we sent the wrong part, SA Cables Auto Parts will cover the return shipping.
2. Part Does Not Fit
Submit the returns form within 7 days from delivery.
The part must be in its original packaging with no signs of oil, grease, or installation.
Items must be securely packaged. Damaged goods will not be credited, and the buyer will need to collect them at their own cost.
Returns after 7 days may be refused.
If the incorrect part was sent by SA Cables Auto Parts, we will cover the return shipping. If the incorrect part was ordered by the buyer, they are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Electronic Parts
All electronic items undergo rigorous testing before shipment.
Many manufacturers do not accept returns on electronic items.
If there is an issue with an electronic part, you may return it, but a refund may take up to a week due to testing.
Warranty
Most items come with a 6- or 12-month warranty.
Depending on the product, you may need to provide proof of installation by an RMI-approved workshop and vehicle maintenance records.
We will cover return shipping for genuinely faulty items.
Repairs or installations must be carried out by qualified technicians using proper equipment as specified by the vehicle manufacturer. This includes adhering to torque settings, using the right gaskets, lubricants, and tools, as well as ensuring proper calibration settings.
Return Process
Fill out the Return Form.
Once received, SA Cables Auto Parts will arrange collection depending on the request.
The item will be inspected by our technical department.
If the item qualifies, a refund or replacement will be processed within 1-3 business days.
